Man Admits to Selling Marijuana from His Employer's Restaurant

Four bags of marijuana were recovered after police questioned a man who had been sitting in his car in a parking lot. The suspect was allegedly selling the drugs out of his Chevy Impala. Police say that 23-year old Benjamin O. Atakpu had over $2,000 in his possession when questioned. Atakpu also had digital scales for weighing the marijuana prior to a potential sell. During a police interview, Atakpu allegedly admitted to selling marijuana from Taco Bell, his place of employment. The fast food worker was charged with felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked under a $5,000 bond.
