Driving on a revoked license for the 10th time… An Antioch man was arrested in Murfreesboro after police discovered he was driving his vehicle on a revoked license. Kevin D. Graves was also charged with theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The 31-year old man was caught while driving down Mercury Boulevard. The man was also in possession of an altered temp tag, which is a chargeable offense. Graves will be in court on September 27.
