Smyrna Police are on the lookout for a man who carjacked a woman at gunpoint last month. Authorities say Norberto Rodriguez stole the woman’s car on May 17 at the Meng Mi Car Wash. Apparently he ordered her to the ground at gunpoint. The incident occurred at around 11 in the evening.
