For the 12th time a Murfreesboro man has been arrested for driving on a revoked license. Willie Louis Dyson the third was pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt and having an expired tag. Dyson allegedly altered his license plate himself, because he did not want to pay to renew it, that according to a police report filed on Tuesday. The Greenland Drive resident will appear in court on September 27.
