A China Spring Chinese Restaurant delivery person was robbed on Tuesday night around 8:30. The victim was robbed after arriving at an address on Scotland Drive in Murfreesboro. The delivery man told police that the culprit was a black male between the age of 21 and 25. The man was armed with a small caliber automatic pistol. The culprit demanded the victims money and phone. The thief fled the scene by running into a tree line behind a home on Scottland Drive.
