Around 8:30 Thursday morning Murfreesboro Police responded to Pinnacle National Bank on S. Church Street next to the Kangaroo gas station in reference to a strong-arm robbery.  The suspect entered the business claiming he wanted to open an account.  When a teller became distracted, the suspect grabbed a small amount of currency and fled the area on foot. 

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’6” with a thin build and black hair.  He was wearing black shorts, a purple or maroon hoodie with a white zipper.  The suspect also had what appeared to be a “homemade” tattoo on his ankle.
