Murfreesboro Police have arrested a Dickson man after they found his four children alone at home. Twenty-five year old Roger Katzenmaier was reportedly watching the kids, all under the age of six, at the home of his estranged wife in Murfreesboro. Police were called about 11 Saturday night after reports say one of them left the home and was found crying. Katzenmaier apparently left the home to use the phone when one of the children left. He told authorities he thought the kids were asleep and didn't know they could unlock the door. The Tennessee Department of Children's Services was called and Katzenmaier was charged with four counts of child neglect. He was taken to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
