Over the COVID-19 Pandemic thus far, Murfreesboro Fire and Rescue personnel have continued to test negative for the coronavirus despite being dispatched to multiple calls involving residents with the disease.

In Rutherford County, there have been 3,234 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 36 deaths. A total of 24,929 negative tests have been performed in Rutherford County.

Statewide, 55,986 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed as of July 8, 2020. There have been 685 fatal cases in Tennessee.

32,736 people have recovered from the coronavirus in the Volunteer State since the start of the pandemic.
