Race Education Workshop to Be Held hosted by the Community Action Committee of Rutherford County and the Department of Justice

The Community Action Committee of Rutherford County, in coordination with the United States Department of Justice Community Relations Service, United States Attorney Office for the - Middle District of Tennessee announces a free workshop on “RACIAL JUSTICE” Tuesday, August 4, 2020.

The program will provide young adults, teens and their families with historical educational information to help them develop and expand their knowledge, share information, and address race. The program will also include information on taking action in our community.

The United States Department of Justice Community Relations Service and Community Action Committee of Rutherford County organized the program. All faith-based community leaders and members of the community are welcome to attend.
