The nephew of Providence Christian Academy girls basketball coach Tara James - Grant Solomon - passes away in a car crash.

It happened Monday morning - just a month after he turned 18. Solomon was a great baseball and basketball athlete and the son of former Channel 4 news anchor Aaron Solomon. The Solomon's grew up in neighboring Cannon County.

Solomon played sports at Grace Christian Academy in Williamson County, a frequent opponent for both PCA and MTCS. GCA tweeted, "Please be praying for the Solomon family and our GCA family as we mourn the loss of a beloved student and friend, and rising senior Grant Solomon."
