(MURFREESBORO)  Exciting times at Greenhouse Ministries. Co-founder Cliff Sharp said they are nearing the time for the ground-breaking of a new two-story complex at State and South Academy Streets, across from the current facility.

Sharp told WGNS . . .

The first floor will include training and support service for Greenhouse clients and the second features 18 one-room efficiency apartments for men enrolled in Greenhouse' "life skill" classes.

Those males will pay $700 per month and receive the classes, as well as the apartments with utilities.

Sharp noted, "The classes are intensive--not only offering life skills, but literacy and education support as well."

This will be an 18-month program.

Expanding Thrift Shoppe RIGHT NOW

Sharp noted that the Garden Patch Thrift Shop is expanding as we speak.

Sharp explained that walls are now being moved at the original location, which makes the retail area much larger.
