(SMYRNA, TN)  A Smyrna motorist flipped his Hummer Friday at the intersection of Rock Springs Road at Imperial Boulevard. Quick work by paramedics and fire fighters had the injured person on their way to the ER quickly. 

The B-shift team at Smyrna Fire was on-the-scene quickly and quickly rescued the injured motorist while paramedics gave on-the-scene treatment while preparing the patient to transport. 

Officials indicate the vehicle appears to have hit the concrete abutment above a culvert at the intersection and flipped.
