The death of a 32-year old Murfreesboro man is being investigated. Police responded to a home on Sawyer Drive on Monday after receiving a 9-1-1 call from the mother of the victim who was found lying face down in his bedroom. Detectives responded to the scene and found Christopher Jason Hoffman deceased.

The death of Hoffman is being investigated at this time. His body will be sent to the state’s medical examiner’s office for an autopsy. The cause if his death is not known at this time.
