Assistant City Manager Darren Gore stated, “The improvements will be constructed block-by-block, restricting traffic flow in designated areas other than for residents who live in the areas impacted.” Gore went on to say, “Crews will allow residents access to drive-ways during the three-to-four-week construction for each block section, weather-permitting. This will be a rolling road closure, so crews will work to limit the impact on traffic flow as they move from block to block.”
