TV Commercial Volume Must be Reduced, According to New FCC Rules

A new law went into effect on Thursday that may make your TV viewing a little more enjoyable. The CALM Act limits the volume of TV commercials. CALM stands for Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation. The new FCC rules will govern broadcasters, cable and satellite operators.
