A Murfreesboro woman has been arrested on theft charges. This is just one more arrest in the rash of recent crimes in Rutherford County. This time, Toni Dawn Spain was apprehended. Spain was charged with not only theft but also with possesing burglary tools. The local woman was also charged with violating her probation and failing to appear in court. This time, she will have a second chance to appear in court on July 11th.
