(MURFREESBORO)  Here's an UPDATE on the fatal shooting on Gunnerson Lane near MTSU around 11:30 Sunday night. The deceased male has been identified as 32-year old Javarius Malone. 

PIO Larry Flowers told WGNS News that Malone had one gunshot wound in his chest. 

Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services rushed Malone to the ER at Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
