(MURFREESBORO) Applications are now available online for the 35th Annual Murfreesboro Christmas Parade which will be at 2:00 o'clock Sunday afternoon, December 13, 2020. This year the event will be co-hosted by WGNS Radio along with the City of Murfreesboro.
Sign-up right now! Look up toward the top of this page and see the word "PARADE" in the white bar. That will open the rules as well as an application form. Remember, to be in the parade--you must submit this application prior to 4:00PM on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.
Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Director Nate Williams said, “We are excited to partner with WGNS this year to bring the sights and sounds of Christmas to our community. This year we’ve eliminated the fee to participate, and all entries will be online on the City’s website.”
Parade Coordinator Lee Ann Walker with WGNS noted, “Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation brings so much experience…creating fun activities that are family friendly and safe. With all the changes this year, we need a Christmas parade.”
