NOTICE: due to technical difficulties, today's Action Line recording was not able to be posted.

Segment #1:  Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department's Nate Williams and WGNS' Bart Walker discussed reasons why the 2020 Murfreesboro Christmas Parade was cancelled.

Segment #2:  There is an increase in traffic fatalities on Tennessee roadways this year. Rutherford County Sheriff's Sergeant Michael Rodgers said that he felt because fewer cars are on the roads, slow traffic and traffic jams are almost gone. With little traffic on the interstate, many motorists are regularly traveling at 100 miles per hour.  Although there are fewer vehicles, when there is a crash--it is usually more severe when it happens at a high speed.
