UPDATE: Murder of Saint Thomas Nurse - $15,000 Reward for Clues in Case

The reward for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Nashville nurse Caitlyn Kaufman now stands at $15,000.  

A second local resident, who wants to remain publicly anonymous,  posted a $5,000 reward for information resulting in the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) involved in Caitlyn’s homicide.  On Tuesday, another local resident who wants to remain publicly anonymous posted a $10,000 reward.

Caitlyn, 26, was fatally shot between 6:05 and 6:10 p.m. last Thursday night as she traveled on I-440 west between the Hillsboro Pike and West End Avenue exits.  She was on her way to work at Saint Thomas West hospital when she was killed.

A team of homicide detectives and other police department experts continue to pursue leads in the case, including those that have been generated through more than 50 Crime Stoppers tips.
