(MURFREESBORO)  On Wednesday morning during the 9:00 o'clock hour, Murfreesboro Police received a call about a man driving a black Nissan Altima erratically around West Thompson Lane and Leanna Road. It was heading toward Broad Street. 

Motorists helped police follow the vehicle, and at one point citizens told officers that the driver appeared to have fallen asleep as he neared Medical Center Parkway.

The car was stopped about two-blocks after that on NW Broad Street at the Blue Raider Bridge. 

22-year old Arturo Vazquez was taken into custody and charged with driving on a suspended license and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
