A 52-year old man was charged for the fifth time with driving on a revoked license. Ricky L. Taylor from Smithville, Tennessee was pulled over for a registration violation on Mercury Boulevard in Murfreesboro. The traffic stop was made at 3 in the afternoon on New Year’s Eve. Taylor evidently had a stolen 2013 sticker on his license plate even though his plates had expired.

Taylor will face his fifth driving on a revoked charge in a Rutherford County Courtroom on March 12th. He was also charged with altering his tag.
