Virginia A. Phillips, age 69, passed away on January 23rd.

She is survived by her children Jody, Marsha, as well as several grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM on Monday, at Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens for Virginia A. Phillips.
