David and Katie Criswell on Castle St. have been nominated as our good neighbors. They are constantly giving of their time and resources to help friends no matter the size of the task,  from donating to local schools and scout troops to helping friends get into a new home. Today they will receive flowers from Rions Flowers and Gifts.
