Local McDonald's teamed up with an organization to feed the homeless in Rutherford County on Thursday. The fast-food chain provided 1,500 McRib sandwiches.

The distribution will take place over the course of two days, starting Thursday and ending on Friday afternoon (2/25/21 to 2/26/21).

The Murfreesboro Muslim Youth, a local non-profit organization, started at 10:00 Thursday morning with their first pick-up of sandwiches at the McDonald's off of Rutherford Blvd.
