Few ministry opportunities are more rewarding than serving in Disaster Relief. Volunteer training is required for all Tennessee Baptist Disaster Relief teams and is often required to access disaster locations.
A local church in Murfreesboro is offering Disaster Relief training, which will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021. The training will take place at New Vision at 1750 N Thompson Lane. Training includes Intro to Disaster Relief, Chainsaw Operation and Safety and Flood Recovery. You have to register by Tuesday, March 23, 2021 to take the March 27th course in Murfreesboro.
Concord Baptist Association has graciously agreed to pay 33% of the normal training fee of $36.00 for all participants. Therefore, the fee will be $24.
Registration training cost Includes a background check and laminated ID cards. If you have already taken the training course in the past, the refresher course is free to all Disaster Relief volunteers with current certifications.
