Earth Day will once again be celebrated in Rutherford County. This year, the theme is “Restore Rutherford.”

Middle Tennessee Electric is working to gather photos of families doing different Earth Day related activities to put together their Virtual Earth Day Celebration.

Visit FaceBook.com/MurfreesboroEarthDay for ideas on activities you can do. Then, post your photos on FaceBook and tag them #RestoreRutherford.

This is the 20th year that Rutherford County has celebrated Earth Day through local electric providers.
