The new FirstBank Amphitheater will soon open at the Graystone Quarry in Thompson’s Station. The amphitheater is just past the Rutherford County line in Williamson County near the I-840 / I-65 interchange. Right now, the outdoor concert venue is on go to open later this year.

The construction of the venue is said to be a world-class boutique amphitheater nestled within a beautiful, wooded, natural stone, park-like setting.

The amphitheater sits in a reclaimed Limestone quarry that was once filled with 900 tons of trash, debris and junk. Crews crushed the cement culverts leftover from Highway 65 construction and built area roads out of them. Then, contractors recycled almost 250 tires and stacks of wire. The ponds and trails in and around the old quarry were cleaned and cleared, which made this a pristine, park like area.

The concert venue is built to hold 5,000 music and arts fans and the first concert of the year will feature Greta Van Fleet on August 5th and 6th followed by Lady Antebellum on August 27th.
