(MURFREESBORO)  The Rutherford Arts Alliance holds its June meeting on Tuesday (6/8/2021), but the originally announced start time was wrong. The June RAA meeting begins at 5:30 o'clock instead of 7:00PM. It will be in room #2 at the La Vergne Public Library, 5063 Murfreesboro Rd., but if you come at the orginal time--you will have missed the meeting. 

La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole will talk about plans for promoting the arts in the city. Library Director Donna Bebout will share plans for the 2021 Summer Reading Program for ages birth to 99+, talk about "Take 'n Make" crafts projects, and showcase the recently completed history room that documents La Vergne and Rutherford County history from the 1700's forward.

Free parking is available around the building. This event is free to join, and non-members are welcome.

Again, the June meeting of the Rutherford Arts Alliance is set for 5:30PM Tuesday evening (6/8/2021) in room 2 at the La Vergne Public Library.
