Professional women’s bowling tour in Smyrna, June 10-12

The Professional Women’s Bowling Association Greater Nashville Open will be taking place at the Smyrna Bowling Center in Smyrna, Tennessee. The event will be held on June 10th through the 12th.

There are several local players competing at the PWBA Greater Nashville Open, including three-time PWBA Tour champion Josie Barnes of Hermitage. Other local players include Rachel Newcomb of Smyrna and Sarah Sanes of Murfreesboro.

The 2021 PWBA season will feature 20 events taking place across the country. The PWBA Greater Nashville Open is the 10th event on the schedule. The two-time reigning PWBA Player of the Year Shannon O’Keefe of Shiloh, Illinois, is scheduled to compete at this event, and 63 athletes are currently on the roster.

- Thursday, June 10
4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Official practice

- Friday, June 11
10 a.m.: First Round, six games
5 p.m.: Second Round, six games (cut to cashers)

- Saturday, June 12
10 a.m.: Third Round, six games (cut to top 12)
2:30 p.m.: Fourth Round, six games (cut to top four)
6 p.m.: Stepladder Finals, live on BowlTV.com
