47-Year-old Jarvis Pierce is charged with vehicular homicide by intoxication for Thursday’s single-vehicle crash on Old Hickory Boulevard in South Nashville that killed his passenger 44-year-old Stacy Anne Weekley of Murfreesboro.
According to Police, there was evidence of drug use in the Honda Accord including baggies containing a white powder and rocks consistent with cocaine and tablets. Officers observed that his pupils were constricted. A search warrant was obtained for a mandatory blood sample from Pierce for analysis.
Pierce, who has a prior DUI conviction, is being held in lieu of $1,000,000 bond.
