Metro Detectives Working to Identify Man and Woman who Allegedly Took Artwork from Nashville Hotel

In Downtown Nashville, Metro Central Precinct detectives are working to identify a man and woman who on June 7th, allegedly took artwork from the 21c Museum Hotel at 221 2nd Avenue North.

They entered the hotel from 2nd Avenue at 1:15 a.m. and were looking at a display on the second level when the man pried a gold Floyd Mayweather plaque off the wall, according to Metro Police. He reportedly placed the plaque, valued at $1,000, under his jacket. The couple then left the hotel.

Anyone who recognizes the man and woman (ABOVE), who are both white and appear to be in their 20s, from the attached surveillance photos is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
