DIFFERENT NEWS: Free Yoga with a Group of Alpaca's

An interesting opportunity awaits those in Middle Tennessee... a date with an alpaca. To be more specific, a date to do yoga with a group of Alpaca's.

The Alpaca Owners Association is offering a FREE hour-long yoga class with a group of friendly and beautiful alpacas at the Natural Fiber Extravaganza Powered by Alpaca Owners Association, Inc.

The class will take place in the backyard area of the Farm Bureau Exposition Center on Saturday, July 10 at 8:00 a.m. in Lebanon, Tennessee. 

Yoga instructor Kim Struglinski will lead the class which is open to participants of all ages and yoga levels. Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Kim is the Founder and Owner of Heart of Wisdom Yoga, a yoga studio with in-person and virtual classes in Nashville, Tennessee. She holds RYT-500 certification with Yoga Alliance and has specialized training in vinyasa flow yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga for chronic pain, trauma-informed yoga, and the biomechanics and anatomy of yoga. Her focus is on helping students build physical and mental strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga.

Be sure to bring a mat, water and hand towel.
