Two employees of First Community Mortgage, Jennifer Bourgeois and Candra McLaughlin, are among the 100 operational superstars in housing included in HousingWire’s 2021 list of HW Insiders. HousingWire is a leading daily newsletter for the U.S. mortgage and housing markets.

Bourgeois, an exceptional FCM team member for nearly 12 years, is Assistant Vice President of Retail Closing. Canter notes that it is because of Jennifer and her team that FCM loan closings happen on time and smoothly, due in part to her proactive and approachable style and her unending commitment to our customer experience. She is based in the organization’s Murfreesboro office, working remotely from her home in Atlanta.

McLaughlin, a 23-year veteran of the mortgage industry, was recently promoted to Senior Vice President of Retail Divisions Regional Processing Managers from Vice President of Regional Processing. She is based in FCM’s Mt. Juliet office and resides in Spring Hill. She says her leadership style is, “own your business and you own your results.”
