Roberts will succeed longtime director, Amanda Oliver, who served as Executive Director of Beesley Animal Foundation from October 13, 2003 until June 2, 2021.

In her new role, Roberts will continue the clinic’s mission to provide responsible pet care through community awareness and education along with affordable health services for cats and dogs.

“It is an honor to continue the legacy that Amanda Oliver and Beesley Animal Foundation has created in support of pet owners and pets who are in need as well as educate the community and younger generation on responsible pet care,” Roberts said.

Roberts joined Beesley Animal Clinic in December 2018 as a customer service representative where she interacted with clients and provided vaccinations and care to their pets. With cross- training in other areas, she was able to learn all aspects of the clinic, including assisting in surgery as well as helping with wellness services.

“Her leadership, hard work, passion and commitment toward the success of the clinic will benefit it for years to come. I know she will represent the foundation and clinic in the best way possible having the full support of the board of directors and staff,” said Beesley Animal Foundation President Sean Hart.

Regarding the future of the clinic, Roberts says she believes there is a growing need for assistance to many pet owners who struggle due to socio-economical factors or geographical barriers.

“I will find ways to reach those who are underserved and provide high quality vet care, focusing on spay/neuter, vaccinations, preventative care and dog/cat food community outreach,” she added.
