Charles King, Town Engineer for Smyrna, said substantial completion should be wrapped up by the year’s end. King also stated that sod is being installed in the raised grass median now. Side roads are also being completed at this time.
Construction will temporarily stop for Thanksgiving this week on Wednesday and then resume on Monday, Nov. 29th.
