Middle Tennessee Electric says that this month's Earth Day Celebration will once again be held on the downtown Rutherford County Historic Square in Murfreesboro. You may recall the annual event had to turn into an online "virtual" event in both 2020 and 2021, due to the COVID Pandemic. But, that has changed - thanks to the decline in COVID cases locally.

Public Relations Coordinator Amy Byers with Middle Tennessee Electric said that Earth Day is geared towards families and everyone is invited to attend this FREE event. Byers confirmed it will be on Saturday, April 23rd from 10AM to 2PM.
