Diana Health launched its new, modern medical clinic in Smyrna, Tennessee his past week (February 4th) and is planning to host a Grand Opening Celebration next month.

Diana Health is reimagining the way maternity and women’s health care is delivered.  Using comprehensive care teams and modern technology, it offers a personalized, whole health care experience that puts women at the center of the decision making and empowers them with the information and support they need to achieve their health and wellness goals.  Its community-driven approach provides opportunities for moms and women to find, support, and learn from each other via in-person and virtual classes and group gatherings.  This model makes women feel seen, heard, and cared for, leading to better clinical outcomes and high client satisfaction.

The Diana Health care team behind this new model of women’s care includes leading OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, Mental Health Therapists and Health Coaches.   By bringing these professionals together under one roof (both physically and virtually), Diana Health can support the diverse, physical, social, and emotional needs of each unique client.

The Diana Health care model blends in-person care with a suite of technologies and digital tools that enable transparency, education, collaboration, and efficient communication between Diana Health clients and their care providers. One such tool, the Diana Health mobile application, allows clients to learn about their unique care needs; set and monitor health goals; message with their providers between appointments; and to take action on their care, setting appointments, scheduling classes, and reviewing their health records. 

Dr. Chris Sizemore, who will be joining the Diana Health practice in April, said, “Too often women leave their care settings and experiences feeling overlooked and without the chance to talk to their providers about the issues that matter to them most.  I am thrilled to provide comprehensive, care for women across all stages of life whether it be family planning, fertility support, maternity care, menopause -- or even general health.  We support all women by evaluating every aspect of their health and then empowering them with the information and tools they need to make their own choices.”

Diana Health’s office is in the Physician Building at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center (300 StoneCrest Boulevard) Suite 310 in Smyrna. 

The local healthcare provider held a ribbon cutting ceremony this past week and the organization plans to hold a community Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, March 5th from 11am-2pm. The Grand Opening Celebration is a free, fun, family-friendly event with activities for all ages including a bounce house, food trucks, prizes, interactive vendor booths, wellness & parenting workshops, and opportunities to learn more about Diana Health. The first 100 attendees will receive a free lunch from the food trucks! Masks are strongly recommended for this event.
