(MURFREESBORO) Motorists need to be aware that one lane of Broad at the intersection of Thompson Lane is closed for construction work on a new RaceTrac gas station and convenience store. 

Murfreesboro Police are controlling traffic as the right hand outgoing lane (toward Smyrna) is closed. 

This is creating slow traffic, and you might be able to avoid that area by taking another route.
