(Rutherford County, TN) Several hundred people met on the Murfreesboro Civic Plaza this past Friday in support of the Child Advocacy Center. Participants – all wearing blue shirts, walked from the Civic Plaza, down South Church Street and to the Child Advocacy Center office, which is near the drivers license testing station off Middle Tennessee Boulevard.
Throughout the United States, a child is abused or neglected every 47-seconds.
Katie Enzor stated local residents strongly support the center and are always eager to get involved…
Again, the annual Hometown Heroes Walk for Children took place this past Friday.
