Food Distribution in Murfreesboro - Volunteer Opportunity

(Murfreesboro, TN) Volunteers are needed at Mid-Cumberland Community Action Agency for the quarterly food distribution drive. The distribution location will be at Allen Chapel AME Church in Murfreesboro (224 S. Maney Ave. Murfreesboro, TN 37130). The event is scheduled to take place on June 3rd and 4th.

The event is open to all Rutherford County residents and will be set up as a drive-thru. If you need food assistance, stop by between 9AM and 1PM to receive a commodities box of non-perishable food items. One box will be given away per household.

VOLUNTEER: Volunteers are asked to arrive at 8AM and the event lasts until 1PM. However, volunteers will be needed from 8 in the morning until 2 that afternoon.
