(WALTER HILL, TN) Early Tuesday morning (6/7/2022) firefighters rushed to a home fire in Walter Hill. First units were on the scene around 1:30AM and reported that the Cutoff Road structure was fully engulfed in flames.
The fire and smoke alarm awoke the family and everyone safely escaped the inferno.
Initial reports indicate that the home was a total loss. The Rutherford County Fire-Rescue's fire marshal is conducting a routine investigation to determine what started the fire.
The Heart of Tennessee Chapter of the American Red Cross is helping the victims with their needs.
