Elizabeth McPhee is our Toot’s Outstanding Volunteer. She is a retired 40-year teacher who volunteers to help children. Through Alpha Kappa Alpha she helped to fill backpacks with school supplies, clothing and eye wear to local students in need. Her passion for helping youth has extended in times of need to children in Haiti as well. In fact, MTSU’s First Lady is always sharing her time and talents to fill the needs of area youth.
