(Rutherford County, TN) These days, there is so much valuable information that is carried with us everywhere we go. That valuable information is in our smartphones, that are either glued to our hip or our hand. From passwords to bank accounts, the details held within the cellphone generation could be detrimental if unlocked.
The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a cellphone theft that occurred inside the McDonald’s at Love’s Truck Stop on Epps Mill Road in the Christiana area. As a result of the alleged theft, Detectives are circulating a photo that was captured in the restaurant that sits directly off of I-24 West at exit 89.
The Sheriff’s Office released a photo of the person of interest (above this article) in the theft case and is asking local residents, “Do you recognize this man?” If you do, RCSO Detective Dennis Ward needs any helpful details you can provide in the case that occurred on January 6, 2023.
Again, the cellphone was allegedly taken from the McDonald’s restaurant at Love’s Truck Stop on Epps Mill Road, directly off of Interstate 24 West in the Christiana area. The subject is described as a short, slightly built, middle-aged to older man. If you have information, please leave a message for Detective Ward at 615-904-3060.
