(RUTHERFORD COUNTY)  This is a call to action for our community. It takes all of us, community members, homeless service providers, mental health agencies, health care providers, court systems, community leaders, churches and especially people who are or have experienced homelessness or have been at risk of losing stable housing.

What Is Continuum of Care

A Continuum of Care (CoC) is a regional or local planning body that coordinates housing and services funding for homeless families and individuals, primarily using funding received through U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Residents are encouraged to take the time to learn about Murfreesboro/Rutherford County's Continuum of Care.  and how we can make it work to serve everyone in our community. We want to ensure that everyone has safe, secure housing and the health and supportive services they need in our community.

Please attend one of the five opportunities for an informative session that will lead into a final community conversation to determine the best plan for our next steps to strengthen our Continuum of Care.

Attendance at one of the informational meetings offered on the Feb. 21st and 22nd is mandatory to be able to participate in the community meeting on February 23rd.
