Online threats and incidents are surprisingly not reported to police in Murfreesboro that often, according to the reports that WGNS has reviewed over the past three months of 2013. A report filed on Wednesday was only the second such report we have seen this year.

On Wednesday, a Murfreesboro woman called the police and informed them that she is being stalked by another female. The victim told officers that the suspect has posed as her online and solicited sex from people in a chat room. The victim has received 17 phone calls from men over a period of less than 24-hours. The men apparently got her phone number from the suspect in the live chat room.

The incident report shows that the suspect has also sent the victim threatening text messages and one pornographic image.
