An Amber Alert was issued at around 5:30pm Wednsday evening about a missing teenager in East Tennessee. The Amber Alert alerted phones throughout the state of Tennessee. The Alert was issued on behalf of the Knoxville Police Department - TN for 16 year old Holly Piper.
The TBI reports that Piper may be with 18-year-old William "Dylan" Usry. They may be traveling in a white 1999 Dodge Caravan with TN tag BMM5038. The van has rust on the roof.
