(MURFREESBORO) The sun was shining and it was 34-degrees as runners in the 12th Annual Special Kids' Race left the campus of Murfreesboro Medical Clinic.
Special Kids Executive Drector told WGNS that it was a record turnout for participants.

While the runners stretched and limbered-up, sponsors had tents in the MMC parking lot where bananas, special drinks and other healthy snacks were given away.
