(MURFREESBORO) Around 9:20PM this past Friday night (5/19/2023) a 2010 Toyota 4-door car and a Greyhound bus were getting off Old Fort Parkway and traveling onto the two-lane entrance ramp to I-24 (westbound, toward Nashville).  While merging, the Toyota hit the rear of the bus and traveled off the roadway and crashed.

Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services treated 18-year-old Kareem Ghobrial at the scene, and then rushed him to the ER at Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. He later died from those injuries.
