Murfreesboro Assistant City Manager Sam Huddleston was on WGNS Tuesday morning and talked with host Scott Walker. Huddleston discussed new plans for downtown Murfreesboro, the day-lighting of Town Creek, new living, office and retail space in the downtown area and the NEW Impact Fee.
